Returns & Warranties


Customer shall have forty eight (48) hours from receipt of product at the Customer’s designated shipping location, to inspect and notify ISO 1 of any shortages, discrepancies, or issues. Unless otherwise indicated on the invoice, ISO 1 accepts returns of new and refurbished products in accordance with our Return Policy as outlined below.


ISO 1 shall not be liable to Customer for any loss, damage or expense of any kind or nature of any loss of business or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused. Customer acknowledges that dissatisfaction with the equipment will not relieve Customer of any obligation under this agreement. This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of handsets by the purchaser. ISO 1 shall not be liable for, and this Limited Warranty does not cover, defects or damages resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative, or structural items. Except for ISO 1's direct costs in repairing, correcting or replacing any non-conforming or defective handset, ISO 1 shall not be liable for any other expense connected with the repair, correction or replacement of any handset or for any special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages. 


This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of handsets by the purchaser. Handset Warranties:

  • No returns will be accepted.
  • 90 day warranty

SIM Cards:
  • No returns will be accepted.


Activations w/ Upfront Commissions/Prefunded SIMs:
  • No Refunds.  Returns will not be acccepted.
  • No Refunds in the event a port is cancelled by carrier due to incorrect customer information.
  • It is the responsibilty of the dealer to enter correct customer information in order for activations/ports to be processed.
  • In the event that there is any issue with the request (invalid sim card, incorrect sim card) dealer will be notified by email to the email they enter on the request form.
  • For Simple Mobile, Port-ins from Net 10 or Telcel America are not eligible.
  • Only SIM Cards supplied by ISO 1 are eligible for this program.
  • Commissions are subject to change without notice at any time due to changes in carrier compensation.
  • ISO 1 reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.
  • Any requests submitted after the hours of operation below will be completed the next business day.

Sat 10:00am - 6:00pm EST
Sun 10:00am - 6:00pm EST

Broadband Data Devices:
  • No returns will be accepted.

POS Equipment:
  • Purchased equipment includes a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
  • The Merchant Club Program includes full warranty on all equipment supplied by ISO 1.

RMA Procedures:
  • Completed RMA Forms must be emailed to RMA@ISO1Global.com or faxed to 855-329-4761 for issuance of RMA # and approval of return. 
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for our RMA Department to process your order and issue the RMA # which will be sent by email. 
  • Handsets must be returned within 15 days of issuance of RMA #. 
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to all purchases. 
  • RMA form must be completed and included with all returned shipments. 
  • The RMA # must be written on the outside of the shipping box. 
  • All Phones must be in original packaging including all items that were originally sold with it, including but not limited to: charger, battery, SIM card, instructions. 
  • The equipment must have a mechanical failure that can be duplicated by ISO 1. 
  • Customer will bear all freight charges for any refused shipments. 
  • Any situations found not to be consistent with the information provided on the RMA request will serve as sufficient reason to reject the entire RMA. 
  • For each unit that has been accepted as a valid, ISO 1, at its discretion will either ship replacement unit or credit Customer’s account.
